Lines for Life is a regional non-profit dedicated to preventing substance abuse and suicide. We offer help and hope to individuals and communities, and promote mental health for all. Our work addresses a spectrum of needs that include intervention, prevention, and advocacy. We educate, train, and advocate to prevent issues of substance abuse, mental illness, and thoughts of suicide from reaching crisis levels. But when a crisis arises or support is needed, we are available 24/7/365 to intervene with personalized help.

Innovative Property Management has been built over the years by various owners.  We honor the role that Mark and Debbie Mundell played in building this great company by contributing to one of their favorite charities.

The Church Shares Love Through Relationship

Lots of organizations give “stuff”. Very few organizations are bringing caring, loving, trained Christians alongside individuals whose most basic need is for someone to love them and to ultimately share Christ with them.

The role of Love INC is not to replace the Church but to help churches distribute their skills, gifts, resources, and love to communities in need – In the Name of Christ. 

For many years we have put together Thanksgiving dinner baskets for tenants that need the extra help. Before Thanksgiving we set aside money and ask for donations from both our tenants and our owners to purchase Thanksgiving baskets.

It is an interesting logistics challenge to keep the cold stuff cold and get everything delivered in time but it is a lot of fun putting dozens of gift boxes together every year and having our handymen distribute them. It is nice to help put a festive dinner on the tables of our tenants.

For 2020 and the COVID-19 year

We would like to give a special thank you to the tenants, property owners and vendors that helped us donate over $4000 in grocery store gift cards to over 100 families this year.  Normally we are putting together Thanksgiving food baskets for a couple dozen families but with the extra hardships this year due to Covid-19 and its financial impact on our communities there was a much larger need.  We didn’t want to handle the food going to so many families nor would we have had the time to undertake such a feat but we were able to turn all the donations into $40 gift cards which will go a long way to helping many families in need Thanksgiving 2020.  Thank you again to all that donated, we and the families you helped really appreciate it!

Steve Deardorff is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts aof America and spent many great times in the outdoors with his children that  are involved in scouts as well.

While the company as a whole has picked organizations to support we also know that employees would like to support their favorite cause.

Every employee at Innovative Property Management has a paid day off per year to take part in the volunteer opportunity of their choice.
