Our Team
With over 100 years combined property management experience and some of our team owning investment property themselves we have what it takes to get the job done right.
Small mom and pop companies can give good service, until an employee leaves or is otherwise unavailable for work but the transition to being a big company is hard. We have made that transition now having over 20 employees and still giving great service. A lot of this comes down to consistent systems and process championed by our two owners that spent most of their careers in the high tech and IT fields. With size comes the advantage being big enough to get everything done even when staff goes on vacation or during unplanned emergencies.
Rather than working in an old fashioned portfolio style system where systems break when the manager of many homes is a key figure in getting everythign done we are divided into departments like a modern company with redundancy and plenty of cross training. We strive to keep the job fun, diverse and challenging for all our employees.
